TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Rates: Are valid until 30th September, 2019.

Peak Season: 14th December to 15th January - 4 night minimum applies.
                    Easter and all long weekends (except June long weekend) – 3 night minimum applies.

Shoulder Season: 29th October to 30th April (excluding long weekends).

Low Season: 1st May to 28th September.

All Public Holidays and long weekends are based on NSW State published dates.

Bookings: Minimum stay applies to all bookings in Peak Season and includes all long weekends (excluding June).

Deposit: One night room rate is required at the time of reservation. When making your reservation please ensure you have sufficient funds available on your credit card as 100% of the first night will be processed upon receipt of the booking. For Peak times, 50% of the total cost of the booking will be processed (your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received).

One Night Stays: A $30 surcharge applies to all bookings for one night stays.

All prices quoted on the website are for minimum stays of two nights or more.

Breakages: Any glass/crockery breakages will incur a minimum of $5 charge per item.

Cabins: Management reserves the right to apply a cleaning fee for cabins left in an unreasonable condition.

Check in/Check out Times: Check in 2pm. Checkout 10am.

Housekeeping: Cabins are not serviced and are the guest’s responsibility during their stay.

Children: Children are at all times to be under the responsibility of parents or guardians and must be supervised at all times.

Swimming Pool: Open from 8am to 8pm. All children under 11 years must be in the company and supervision of an adult at all times. There is no life-guard on duty at any time for the swimming pool and Cliftonville Lodge Resort, its agents, and officers do not accept responsibility for any injuries incurred. Only accredited swimming & safety aids are permitted in the pool area. Management reserves the right to remove and to ban any person from the pool area. Children not toilet trained must wear swim pants.

Pool Area: Absolutely no glass is to be taken into the pool area. Pool will remain closed and out-of-bounds between the hours of 8pm and 8am.

Pets: Pets are NOT allowed anywhere in the Resort.

Smoking: Please note, all cabins are smoke free.

Linen and Towels: Guests are required to bring their own linen and towels or may hire them from reception. Cost is $15 per person per stay.

Damages: Management accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or accident to any persons or property.

Payment: Account balances are to be paid on arrival. EFTPOS and cash are acceptable forms of payment. Credit card surcharges apply.

REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS
Cancellation Policy Outside Peak Times
Cancellation within 14 DAYS of the arrival date will incur a fee of 100% of the first night. If outside this period, your payment will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a fee of the total tariff.
Christmas School Holidays & Long Weekends
Cancellation within 30 DAYS for all bookings during Christmas School Holidays and Long Weekends will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the booking. If outside this period, your payment will be refunded less a $25 administration fee. Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a fee of the total tariff.
