Terms and Conditions

  1. Rates: Are valid until 30th September, 2025.
  2. Peak Season: 19th December to 15th January – 4 night minimum applies.
    • Easter and all long weekends (except June long weekend) – 3 night minimum applies.
    • Public Holidays and long weekends are based on NSW State published dates.
  3. Shoulder Season: 1st October to 30th April (excluding long weekends).
  4. Low Season: 1st May to 30th September.
  5. Deposit: One night room rate is required at the time of reservation. When making your reservation please ensure you have sufficient funds available on your credit card as 100% of the first night will be processed upon receipt of the booking. For Peak times, 50% of the total cost of the booking will be processed (your reservation is not confirmed until payment is received).
  6. One Night Stays: A $50 surcharge applies to all bookings for one night stays.
  7. All prices quoted on the website are for minimum stays of two nights or more.
  8. Cabin Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is no earlier than 2pm and check-out time is no later than 10am. All arrivals must register and pay at the office before entering the cabins and park. A fee is charged for early check-in and/or late check-out.
  9. Housekeeping: Cabins are not serviced and are the guest’s responsibility during their stay. Cabins are to be left in a clean and tidy manner and include the washing of all dishes or a cleaning fee will apply, and a deduction will be made from the credit card details provided. This also applies to any damages or breakages.
  10. Smoking: Please note, all cabins are smoke free. Any cigarette smell detected during your stay and/or after departure will incur a cleaning fee of the total cabin and its contents and therefore a substantial deduction will be made from the credit card details provided.
  11. Linen and Towels: Guests are required to bring their own linen and towels, or you may hire them at time of booking. Cost is $15 per person per stay.
  12. Pets: Sorry, pets are NOT allowed anywhere in the Resort.
  13. Payment: Account balances are to be paid on arrival. EFTPOS and cash are acceptable forms of payment. Credit card surcharges apply.
  14. Guests are responsible for their visitors, their behaviour and where they park their cars. A fee is applicable for all guests visitors.
  15. No more than 5 people per cabin, this includes children. Any extras in excess of your booking staying in your cabin must always report to the office and pay immediately on arrival.
  16. Barbeques are not allowed to be used on the cabin balconies – no exceptions.
  17. Only one vehicle per cabin. Guests and their visitors’ vehicles, boats and boat trailers are to be left in designated parking areas or as instructed by management and must be paid for on arrival.
  18. Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour and should be always supervised by an adult. Especially around the pool, in toilets and around the boat ramp and roadway areas.
  19. Bicycles are to be ridden in daylight hours only and helmets must be worn whilst riding in the park. The park is a shared zone between cars and trailers and pedestrians.
  20. The park speed limit is 10kmh (~walking pace only – no exceptions)
  21. To keep our grass well maintained, campers cannot put mats on their sites and are only to use shade cloth or breathable mats.
  22. Please ensure that all valuables and belongings are secure. If left unattended you do so at your own risk.
  23. Barbeques, toilets and camp washroom are to be left clean and tidy and ready for the next person to use. Do not leave any mess behind.
  24. All music and undue noise are to cease by 11pm. Foul language, any abusive threatening behaviour or assault will not be tolerated and will lead to immediate eviction.
  25. No fireworks permitted.
  26. The swimming pool is open from 8am to 8pm. All children under 11 years must always be in the company and supervision of an adult. There is no lifeguard on duty at any time for the swimming pool and Cliftonville Lodge Resort, its agents, and officers do not accept responsibility for any injuries incurred. Only accredited swimming & safety aids are permitted in the pool area. Management reserves the right to remove and to ban any person from the pool area. Children not toilet trained must wear swim pants.
  27. Absolutely no glass is to be taken into the pool area. Pool will remain closed and out-of-bounds between the hours of 8pm and 8am.
  28. Diving or jumping into the pool is not permitted. The river and boat ramp is a shared zone between swimmers, boats, consequently, caution must be taken.
  29. Management wishes to warn occupants, guests and other persons who engage in any recreational activity, within the meaning of the Civil Liability Act 2002, in, on or near the park, that the pursuit of such activities may result in harm or personal injury. All persons who engage in recreational activity do so at their own risk. Management accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or accident to any persons or property.
  30. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS:
    • Cancellation Policy Outside Peak Times:
      • A Cancellation fee of $25 applies. No refunds are given if the booking is cancelled within 14 days of arrival.
      • Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a fee of the total tariff.
    • Cancellation Policy for Christmas School Holidays & Long Weekends:
      • Cancellation within 30 days for all bookings during Christmas School Holidays and Long Weekends will incur a fee of 50% of the total cost of the booking. If outside this period, your payment will be refunded less a $25 Cancellation fee.
      • Failure to arrive will be treated as a No-Show and will incur a fee of the total tariff.
