Guests are required to supply their own linen, blankets, towels etc. Pillows and doonas are provided in cabins 1,2 and 3. Bedding and towels may be hired for a cost of $10 per person.

Check-out is 11am on day of departure. Check-out after this time will incur a half day rate of $50.

Check-in time is from 2pm.

Rooms are not serviced and are therefore guests responsibility.

Guests may bring their own sports equipment, tennis rackets, balls etc. However, rackets, tennis balls, soccer and rugby balls can be hired for a nominal fee.

Floor heaters are not permitted at any time.

Management accepts no responsibility for loss, damage or accident to any persons or property.

Children are the responsibility of parents or guardians and must be supervised at all times.

Deposit A deposit of 50% of tariff per Cabin for any booking must be forwarded direct to Cliftonville Lodge Resort, 1558 River Road, Lower Portland, NSW 2756 within fourteen days of reservation. Should you require a receipt, please forward a stamped self addressed envelope.

Cancellation Policy Refund given if booking cancelled 14 days or more (1 month in school holidays) prior to arrival. No refund given if cancelled in less time or in the case of a no show. If the cabin can be re-let a refund will be given. A 10% administration charge applies to all cancellations. Tariffs subject to change without notice.

Payment Balance of Account is to be paid on arrival. EFTPOS and cash are acceptable forms of payment. Credit card surcharge applies.
